Our Headquarters are located in Miami, FL. However, we operate from all countries of Latin America and our team is fully remote.

Chat Assassins
1. Do I need any sort of previous experience?
No, previous experience is not required for this role! We provide opportunitiesfor talented individuals who are new to sales and eager to learn. However, experience in customer support, retention, or as a virtual assistant (VA) can be a plus. These roles often involve building relationships with clients and understanding their needs, which are valuabe skills for success in sales.
2. Is this similar to a Virtual Assistant position?
Not really! VAs typically focus on administrative and organizational tasks, like scheduling appointments, managing calendars, or handling emails. Chat Assassins, on the other hand, directly connect with potential customers through chat to convert them into paying ones. This requires a strong sales focus and the ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.However, strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential to becoming a successful Chat Assassin. VAs don't necessarily need those same sales-oriented skills, though excellent communication is always valuable.
3. Do I have to reach out to leads, or am I only gonna be answering incoming messages?
No, you won't be limited to just one type of interaction. As a Chat Assassin, you'll be responsible for both reaching out to qualified leads and responding to incoming messages. We provide training to equip you for success in both areas, so you'll be comfortable initiating conversations and converting interest into sales, regardless of where the initial contact comes from. This flexibility ensures we can best serve the needs of each platform and client we work with.
4. Are you providing me with a Script?
Ohhh we don’t like the S word. As a Chat Assassin, you won’t be used to robotic scripts. Instead, we provide guides that empower you to have natural and personal conversations while going through an effective qualification process. Why? Because every lead is unique, and the key to our success has been adapting our approach to resonate with each individual. Our guides provide a roadmap, but you'll be the one crafting engaging messages that turn leads into fans and clients!
Phone Assassins
1. Am I going to be working with outbound our inbound calls?
No, you won't be limited to just one type of interaction. As a Phone Assassin, you'll be responsible for both reaching out to qualified leads and responding to incoming calls. We provide training to equip you for success in both areas, so you'll be comfortable initiating conversations and converting interest into sales, regardless of where the initial contact comes from. This flexibility ensures we can provide the results needed for each platform and client we work with.
2. What are the schedules for this position?
As a Phone Assassin your availability will be requested from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). However, to ensure a smooth transition and meet your specific client's needs, we'll share their exact schedule with you before you officially onboard.
3. Will I be calling leads from my personal number?
For all of our open positions, including Phone Assassins, you will be required to have the necessary equipment a working laptop/PC and phone. However, the calls you make to leads will be channeled through an international number assigned specifically to you, and you'll use the CRM system provided by your client to manage all communications.

5. Why are chats involved if I’m applying for a Phone Position?
It's true that your primary focus will be on phone calls. But, let's face it, not everyone answers their phone all the time. That's where chat comes in. You'll be requested to follow up with leads who missed your call via SMS or chat within the client's CRM system. Bottom line? Having chat skills makes you a more versatile closer!
Closers
1. Am I gonna be working for one of your clients?
We have positions available for closers to work directly with our clients, or to be an in-house closer with our Company. See the role description for each position for details on which you’d like to apply to. You’re welcome to apply for more than one closing role.
2. Is this a part-time position?
No, your schedule will be booked with 4-6 appointments per day. More slots will be made available on your calendar as we see that your closing skills improve. Appointments are between 45min to 1hr. There will be flexibility for you to schedule your appointments according to your availability.
3. What type of experience are you looking for?
For our Closer Roles, you’ll need at least 1 year of experience in closing services and/or B2B. If you have less experience than this, please see our Phone Assassin position to start your career as an Appointment Setter. You’ll also need to meet the basic qualifications for any role that you’re applying for, which you can see in each role’s description.

Video Editor
1. What type of content am I gonna be creating?
We’re looking for a top-tier editor for our Instagram Reels (Short Form Videos). This also includes Video Creation for Cold Ads. The target audience is Coaches, Consultants and Agency Owners. This role is perfect for editors with experience in these areas.
FAQ
What does a Chat Assassin actually do?
You will be provided with hands-on training to prepare you for having real conversations with potential prospects for one of our clients. The role consists of initiating conversations with these prospects with a script provided by us, chatting, getting to know them, and seeing if the services that your client offers will help them achieve their goals. If they do, then you would proceed to book an appointment for a call with the client’s sales team OR provide all information through chat for one of the programs and close the sale via DM.
Do I need experience to apply?
No, you don't need any previous experience in sales to apply.
What kind of clients would I represent?
Our clients are business or fitness coaches with established businesses, who are looking to scale their coaching business through sales via chat. These clients are native English speakers from the US, UK and Australia.
Is this a sales position?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of selling, how to work with international teams, executive action and communication, leadership skills and more.
Can I request days off?
Yes you’re allowed to request up to 14 days off per year, unpaid for, with at least 1 month of prior notice.
How are you going to pay me?
Payments are processed every 12th day of the month, through either PayPal or Payoneer. You may choose one, and change later if necessary.
